Contract Details : Direct PlacementThis is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. The contract will be with HireNow Staffing Inc and the selected candidate will be placed at one of our client companies.

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals who have physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities to help them improve their daily living and working skills.

Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities : - Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans- Provide therapy to clients to help them improve their physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities- Teach clients new skills and techniques to help them perform daily tasks more independently- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Educate clients and their families on how to continue therapy at home- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of occupational therapy- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of job performanceBenefits : - Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
