Resumen del Puesto

Estamos buscando Miembros del Equipo de Producción dedicados para unirse a nuestras crecientes operaciones de panadería. Este puesto incluye diversas responsabilidades en los departamentos de producción, empaque y saneamiento, ofreciendo oportunidades de capacitación cruzada y desarrollo profesional dentro de nuestras instalaciones.

Responsabilidades Clave :

Como Miembro del Equipo de Producción, contribuirás a nuestras operaciones a través de las siguientes funciones esenciales :

Operaciones de Producción :

  • Operar hornos industriales, organizando los bastidores para asegurar que el pan se hornee a la perfección mientras se mantiene el área limpia.
  • Limpiar las tablas de fermentación y barrer las áreas del horno para evitar acumulación de harina.
  • Colocar correctamente la masa moldeada en tablas y bandejas según las especificaciones de producción.
  • Organizar carros, tablas y bandejas para cumplir con los cronogramas de producción.
  • Apoyar en el procesamiento de la masa según sea necesario para mantener el ritmo de producción.
  • Restablecer las tablas de fermentación y asistir en la carga / descarga del pan según se indique.
  • Limpiar las áreas de trabajo entre diferentes tipos de masa para mantener los estándares del entorno de producción.

Empaque y Control de Calidad :

  • Empacar el pan y productos horneados en configuraciones específicas según los estándares de la empresa.
  • Etiquetar correctamente y empacar los productos en bolsas o cajas.
  • Asegurar la exactitud del conteo en cada paquete.
  • Verificar que todos los productos empacados cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos.

    • Saneamiento y Mantenimiento de la Planta :

  • Limpiar y desinfectar todas las áreas y equipos en la instalación.
  • Cumplir con las políticas de higiene de la empresa, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y requisitos de seguridad.
  • Contribuir a la limpieza y mantenimiento diarios de las áreas de producción.

    • Requirements :

    Calificaciones Esenciales :

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia laboral en un entorno de fabricación industrial.
  • Capacidad para comprender y seguir estrictamente todos los protocolos y normas de seguridad.

    • Requisitos Físicos : El candidato debe ser capaz de realizar las siguientes tareas por períodos prolongados :

  • Permanecer de pie durante turnos largos.
  • Levantar, manipular o transportar objetos de hasta 50 libras de forma independiente.
  • Levantar / empujar / jalar más de 50 libras con asistencia mecánica o apoyo del equipo.
  • Manipular equipos industriales pesados como bandejas, tinas, contenedores, tazones de mezcla y otros utensilios de panadería.
  • Trabajar en entornos desafiantes con polvo de harina en el aire, calor extremo y ruido constante.
  • Mantener la concentración en ambientes acelerados, cerca de áreas calientes, puertos de vapor, zonas de alto tráfico y vehículos industriales en movimiento.
  • Trabajar con seguridad desde escaleras y plataformas en áreas potencialmente mojadas o resbalosas.
  • Inclinarse sobre superficies de trabajo mientras se flexiona la cintura por períodos prolongados.
  • Trabajar cerca, alrededor, encima y debajo de maquinaria y equipos fijos, incluyendo bandas transportadoras y partes móviles.
  • Operar simultáneamente múltiples controles y sistemas de maquinaria.
  • Realizar tareas detalladas que requieren destreza manual mientras se usan herramientas filosas de forma segura.
