• Report to Direct of Technology, Provide integrated system installation and support services to ensure the timely delivery of scope of work.
• Perform Service and Installation of Access Control, Alarms, Video Management & Intercom systems. Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs as necessary on security systems. Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality utilization.
• Perform computer program entry as required to add Video Management / Access Control and intrusion alarm systems as needed.
• Prepare site documentation for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and / or conveying information.
• Program and Configure Head-end control panels and systems.
• Perform installation of cabling and device set up and wiring.
• Dress, terminate and test cables and components.
• Deliver effective commissioning of security systems to satisfy all quality requirements.
