Receptionist
The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for our Administration Division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : answering and managing a multi-line switchboard, greeting and directing guests, scheduling and maintaining conference rooms, scheduling and reporting fleet car usage and mileage, processing incoming mail and filing documents, backing up File Clerks as needed with sorting and delivering mail, courthouse runs, maintaining onsite file rooms, filing at offsite warehouse, moving computer equipment, making copies, binding, scanning, and laminating documents, and other duties as assigned. At least two years of related professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All applicants must agree in writing to complete and satisfactorily pass a background investigation.
