Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

Technical Expertise :

Proficiency in AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) Generative AI models and NLP techniques Adobe suite of products

Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS Azure AI Google Cloud AI) and tools like GitHub Copilot.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with APIs for integration.

Domain Knowledge :

Understanding of digital experience platforms marketing technology stacks (Adobe Sitecore Salesforce etc.) and data ecosystems.

Exposure to personalization engines recommendation systems and conversational AI.

Roles & Responsibilities

The AI Specialist will be a key contributor in TCS Interactives DX Practice focusing on designing developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience marketing technology and digital transformation initiatives. This role demands strong technical expertise in AI / ML and Generative AI combined with a deep understanding of digital experience platforms and enterprise ecosystems.

Solution Development :

Design and implement AI-powered solutions for personalization automation and customer engagement across marketing commerce and service channels.

Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics recommendation engines and conversational AI.

Innovation & Experimentation :

Drive PoC and MVP-led experimentation for AI use cases in DX leveraging frameworks

Collaborate with design studios and engineering teams for rapid prototyping and creative AI engineering.

Integration & Deployment :

Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud AEM CDP and marketing automation tools.

Ensure compliance with Responsible AI frameworks geo-specific regulations and data privacy standards.

Collaboration & Advisory :

Work closely with DX Advisors Experience Designers and Martech SMEs to align AI solutions with client objectives.

Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to position AI capabilities effectively.
