Job descriptionProven experience in high-volume, $10M+ restaurants; multi-unit experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems, cost control, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory management Experience with Gotab, Toast, 7 Shifts, Triple Seat, Resy, OpenTable, Eventbrite is a plus Proven track record of training, developing internal teams, and driving sales growth Experience managing large-scale beverage programs and ensuring compliance with liquor, labor, and health regulations
Multi-Unit General Manager – Boston, MA – Up to $150k
The Role
- Lead and manage multiple concepts within the venue, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Recruit, train, and mentor management teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment
- Drive revenue growth, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
- Uphold brand standards, enhance customer satisfaction, and curate a dynamic food and cultural experience
