Technician II

Job Summary : We are seeking a Technician II to join our General Services & Pools team. The successful candidate must meet the qualifications to operate company vehicles and possess experience with commercial pools. This position will be responsible for performing various general maintenance activities such as pressure cleaning, loading and unloading materials, equipment, and furniture, as well as assisting with plumbing, electrical, pool heaters, and pump motors.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet qualifications to operate company vehicles
• Must have experience with commercial pools
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool heaters and pump motors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments
