Senior Director of Development

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fundraising strategies, managing a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and corporate partners

Set the vision for development strategy and analyze donor data to prioritize gift opportunities

Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns and events to inspire donor engagement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in fundraising, individual giving, or major gifts

Proven track record of securing six- or seven-figure gifts and building lasting donor relationships

Experience in high-profile settings with C-suite executives and community leaders

Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Bachelor's degree; CFRE or Master's is a bonus
