Role Responsibilities - Bookkeeper

Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts to ensure accurate cash reporting.

Match and verify transactions between general ledger and bank statements.

Identify and resolve discrepancies, including outstanding checks, deposits in transit, and bank errors.

Record journal entries to correct variances and maintain accurate financial records.

Monitor daily cash activity and ensure all receipts, transfers, and disbursements are properly recorded.

Preferred Qualifications - Bookkeeper

Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000
