• Full-time#### About The PositionWe are seeking a Software Team Lead to guide and grow our engineering team as we design and build innovative AI-powered products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of developers, driving the design and implementation of scalable end-to-end systems, intuitive frontend applications, and seamless integrations with advanced AI models. You will set the technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready solutions.This is a unique opportunity to lead a team working across the full stack, combining frontend, backend, and AI development, to bring cutting-edge products to market. What You'll Do Lead & Mentor : Manage a team of 2 full-stack software engineers while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Architecture & Design : Define & oversee the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications. Hands-On Development : Contribute to coding, code reviews, and technical designs. AI Integration : Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to integrate AI / ML models into production systems and user interfaces. Product Ownership : Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and deliverables, and constantly improve user experience. AI Coding Tools Leadership : Drive adoption of AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve developer efficiency and code quality. DevOps & Quality : Oversee best practices in CI / CD, testing, monitoring, and deployment, ensuring high system reliability#### Requirements BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc is an advantage).
• 5+ years of software development experience, including :
• Backend development with Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
• Frontend development with React (or equivalent modern frameworks).
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres / MySQL) and designing data-driven applications.
• 2 years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade systems in a cloud environment (AWS advantage).
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, and API design.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar). Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with Redis or similar caching frameworks.
• Familiarity with ML model integration and / or working with Data Science teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
