Summary of Job Duties : PART-TIME / PRN Position, REMOTE / Will Work From Home. The Certified Procedural Coding Specialist works under supervision and reads / interprets health record documentation to identify all diagnoses and procedures that affect the outpatient encounter visit.

Qualifications

Minimum :

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must have an understanding of CPT and ICD-10.
• One of the following certifications : CCA, CCS, CPC, RHIT or RHIA.
