Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Drive project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
\n
Operate as the primary on-site leader, enforcing safety standards, ICRA procedures, and quality control.
\n
Deliver healthcare construction projects (ground-up and renovations) that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
\n
Run site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting to keep stakeholders aligned.
\n
Create solutions to resolve field challenges quickly and effectively, minimizing delays.
\n
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Brings proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (ground-up and / or renovations).
\n
Possesses strong knowledge of healthcare-specific requirements (OSHA, ICRA, AHCA, infection control).
\n
Demonstrates the ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and drive schedules to successful completion.
\n
Has excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to field challenges.
\n
Communicates clearly and effectively with project managers, owners, and trade partners.
\n
Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain focus in fast-paced environments .
\n
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus.
