Sales Enablement & Growth Manager

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company, providing a unique range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries, to make life and our environment safer, healthier and more sustainable. The Eurofins network of companies is the global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical and cosmetic product testing and in agroscience Contract Research Organization services. It is one of the market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies, as well as having an emerging global presence in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations. It also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialized and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.

In over 30 years, Eurofins has grown from one laboratory in Nantes, France to 58,000 staff across a decentralized and entrepreneurial network of 900 laboratories in over 54 countries. Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.

Job Description

Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for growth, strategy, and impact? We're looking for a Sales Enablement & Growth Manager to help drive our next chapter of expansion at Eurofins BPT San Diego lab. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who wakes up every day energized by one question : "How do we grow this business?"

What You'll Do

Be the Growth Engine

  • Proactively identify potential clients across the U.S. that align with our service strengths (e.g., mRNA testing, Sterile Fill / Finish, Microbiology).
  • Develop strategies to turn market opportunities into actionable leads for the sales team.
  • Build a pipeline of high-value targets and collaborate with Business Development to convert them.

Strengthen Our Local and National Presence

  • Champion our lab's presence in San Diego through brand-building, relationship development, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure our BPT San Diego story is told clearly, consistently, and compellingly.
  • Drive Pipeline Performance

  • Monitor and analyze our commercial pipeline, ensuring we have momentum behind every deal.
  • Flag bottlenecks, suggest interventions, and drive accountability across touchpoints.
  • Refine Our Commercial Story

  • Regularly update and improve our client-facing materials and presentations.
  • Ensure every external touchpoint reflects a clear, compelling, differentiated value proposition.
  • Be the Voice of the Client

  • Act as the internal advocate for clients, helping ensure lab leaders are aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Infuse customer needs and growth thinking into day-to-day lab conversations.
  • Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement, consulting, business development, or marketingpreferably in life sciences, healthcare, or a B2B technical industry.
  • Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills with a "builder" mindset.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication abilitiesyou can craft a story and a slide deck.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and resourceful with a bias toward action.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
  • Passion for biotech, client service, and making a tangible impact.
  • Additional Information

    Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Candidates within a commutable distance of San Diego, CA are encouraged to apply.

    Compensation : $90,000-110,000
