PeopleSoft Functional Lead

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Lead - ePerformance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PeopleSoft ePerformance and eCompensation modules

Manage project planning and delivery using Kanban methodologies

Analyze, prioritize, and resolve system and end-user issues while collaborating with HR and IT teams

Qualifications :

Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules (ePerformance, eCompensation)

Experience with HR technology implementations and system integrations

Proficiency in Agile or Kanban project management methodologies

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP HR modules preferred
