Inside Sales

Some of your duties may include :

• Daily contact via phone and email with existing (90%) and potential customers (10%) to quote business and proactively tele market our product
• Proactively tele market product lines to new and / or slow customer contacts
• Manage pricing based on local market levels, inventory availability, and overhead costs to maximize profits and customer service
• Manage customer price sheets if applicable
• Work in conjunction with manufacturers' reps and regional sales people to grow business
• Evaluate customer needs to determine appropriate products or alternatives to meet job or project requirements
• Coordinate marketing activities with major distributors, including marketing or other programs or promos
• Coordinate new customer set-up process
• Collect data needed by accounts receivable to establish lines of credit
• Determine appropriate line based on estimated volume
• Handle customer complaints including product quality, freight claims, pricing, etc
• Enter quotes and orders into computer system
