Detail Planning Supervisor - Structural

This position is for Structural Detail Planning Supervisors. The candidates selected for this position will be responsible for the direction and oversight of Detail Planners during the development and change maintenance of COLUMBIA Class work instructions using the Integrated Product Development Environment (IPDE) and Next Generation Planning (NGP) toolsets. The candidates will also be responsible for developing process and software solutions using the NX / Teamcenter toolset to improve the delivery and management of work instructions, including the execution of IPDE tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Management and oversight of a team of Detail Planners
• Execution of organizational goals, including monthly attainment
• Training and development of Detail Planners, including enforcement of procedural compliance and goal setting
• Regular interaction with both Planning internal and company-wide management regarding performance to goals
• Contribution to organizational development, including process and procedure development and execution of IPDE tasking

This position will be located in New London or North Stonington, CT
