Financial Representative

Guardian Kansas City is looking for a driven Associate Financial Specialist to join our expanding team in Overland Park. In this role, you will partner with individuals and families to develop personalized financial strategies designed to grow, protect, and preserve their wealth. You’ll deliver comprehensive guidance across investment planning, insurance solutions, and retirement strategies—empowering clients to achieve meaningful, long-term financial success.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Overland Park, offering flexibility for partial remote work. As an Associate Financial Advisor with The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, you will drive business growth by delivering comprehensive financial plans, implementing strategic investment solutions, and recommending customized insurance and retirement strategies. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding your client base, and achieving measurable production and revenue goals while providing exceptional client service.

• Strong understanding of financial and retirement planning principles
• Working knowledge of insurance and investment products and strategies
• Experience in finance or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, or a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience
