Job Description

Business Development: Prospect and generate new commercial lines clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Sales & Consultation: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess risks, understand coverage needs, and present tailored insurance solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention. Partner with account managers and service teams to deliver day-to-day policy support.
Market & Carrier Collaboration: Work with carrier representatives and underwriting teams to secure competitive pricing and coverage options.
Renewal & Cross-Selling: Conduct annual policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and cross-sell additional products (home, auto, life) where appropriate.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of prospecting, sales activity, and client communications in the agency management system.
