Summary :

The Production Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the insulation jacket manufacturing process by coordinating production quotes, scheduling jobs, organizing shipping logistics and other admin tasks. This role provides critical administrative support to the production team, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth workflow across departments. The Production Coordinator will assist the Production Superintendent in tracking orders, update production schedules, assist with material and job data entry, and help maintain organization of production records to support on-time delivery and high-quality service.

Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Assist with revising and distributing production schedules and orders when required.
• Confer with vendors and customers to coordinate shipping activities.
• Compile production quotes for sales department.
• Maintain files, required documentation and maintain records.
• Order office and warehouse supplies. Assist with purchasing of raw material.
• Assist with inventory and other admin related duties as assigned.

Physical demands may include but are not limited to :

Moderate walking, standing, and / or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
