Develop and coach sales team members to achieve sales and organizational goals
Ensure partner / customer experience and strategic execution of the business plan
Mentor team members and actively engage with vendors / customers for strategic alignment
Required Qualifications :
A 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
8 years of functional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a specific position
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably managing through subordinate managers
Strong strategic sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record
Demonstrated leadership experience in achieving business objectives
