Construction Project Coordinator

Position Summary We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support healthcare construction initiatives across South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone early in their career—whether recently graduated from a construction-focused program or looking to transition from a trade or technical background into healthcare construction. You'll work closely with Project Managers to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing sector.

• ? Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Managers with scheduling, resource planning, and task coordination
• Assist in managing construction workflows using ServiceNow (training provided)
• Help track project milestones, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Travel within South Carolina to support on-site activities (no air travel required)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution
• ? Qualifications
• 2-year technical or trade school degree in construction, engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Familiarity with project management tools; ServiceNow experience a plus
• Interest in healthcare construction and willingness to learn
• PMI or CMAA certification is a plus; must be willing to pursue PMP or CP certification within 12 months
