As Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in job cost forecasting and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will also lead both internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all necessary federal and state reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full accounting process
• Manage and mentor a team of 7 accounting professionals
• Lead financial forecasting and reporting efforts
• Supervise audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle all other accounting tasks as needed
