Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly customer support
Assist customers with simple problem resolution and submit support tickets as needed
Document conversations for accurate follow-up and re-contact customers when necessary
Required Qualifications
A quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet
A computer with Windows, preferably with dual monitors, and USB wired headphones
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check
Availability Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM EST
