NORTH MAIN BAIL BOND CO. is seeking a bilingual overnight bail bondsperson.
Work Hours 11 pm - 7 am
You will be responsible for receiving calls from prospective clients and accurately entering data in company software. This role will be conducting client communications and transactions by phone and email, with limited if any contact with the public.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to calls and inquiries from individuals in need of bail assistance during overnight hours.
- Explain bail bond procedures, fees and legal obligations to clients and their families.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as bail bondsperson or in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgement while multitasking.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekend and holidays as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
