Senior Financial Analyst, Alpharetta, GA
Arclin USA is seeking talent for a Senior Financial Analyst role for our Alpharetta, GA location. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, this role will act as the financial business partner to the Amines business unit with ownership of the P&L and inventory costing. This function will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure financial results are accurate, timely, analyzed and understood. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide essential partnership in key business decisions and continuously improve the financial processes.
Responsibilities :
- Provide primary financial support for the Amines business unit with full ownership of the P&L and inventory standard costing processes.
- Assist in leading the monthly close cycle, including rolling raw material standard costs, reconciling inventory activity, preparing accruals, and reviewing full P&L results for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead the preparation of monthly accruals and review of invoices from the Belle site owner; consolidate questions and drive communication with the Site Services Manager.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance monthly and ad-hoc reporting packages and presentations to deliver insight on business performance, including budget and prior year variances.
- Lead forecasting activities and the annual budgeting cycle for the Amines P&L.
- Support strategic cross-functional initiatives such as growth and innovation projects, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling.
- Serve as a backup to FP&A team members supporting the Polymer Technologies and Dispersants business units, ensuring continuity of financial deliverables.
Job Qualifications :
Minimum BA / BS Degree in Finance or related Business field5+ years of experience, exposure to a manufacturing environment requiredStrong knowledge of finance, accounting, inventory and operationsExperience working with JD Edwards or similar ERP systemAdvanced Microsoft office skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)Analytical problem solver with ability to recommend solutionsLeadership skills with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProject management skills with proven ability to implement best practicesPrimarily working in an office environment; some travel may be required to locations in the US and CanadaEqual Opportunity Employer
