Position Purpose : Supervise and coordinate of all administrative activities and resolution of daily issues; selection, training and evaluation of employees.
Analyze and improve office procedures and operations; and assist administrative staff in budgeting, reporting, and planning.
This role will be a hybrid of working in-office and remote.
- Supervise administrative assistant personnel engaged in typing, records keeping, taking and transcribing dictation, and other clerical duties
- Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations
- Oversee time sensitive deadlines and complex situations with a high degree of confidentiality
- Review and approve various submissions and tasks, including reports, letters, and memos for content and recommend changes
- Provide feedback for requests for general information, complaints, and inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Organizes, assigns and reviews the work of administrative staff and particularly arranges for the accomplishment of peak workloads
- Demonstrates superior customer service, integrity, and commitment to innovation, efficiency, and fiscally responsible activity
Knowledge / Experience : Associates degree, in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
2 years of supervisory experience in the field or in a related area preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Pay Range : $54,000.00 - $97,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
