Position : Finance Project Manager
Location : Need to be local to Orlando or Tampa (occasional onsite)
Duration : Long term contract (12+ months)
Rate Range : $70-72 per hour
Position Overview :
This Finance Project Manager will be supporting business process optimization and changes stemming from a larger initiative (platform transformation from ScriptMed Enterprise to Inovalon supported Cloud based solution)
The migration will impact various operational workflows related to finance and accounting - new technology, tooling, capabilities and integrations.
Looking for a Senior Project Management resource specializing in Healthcare Finance.Understanding of revenue cycle management, billing, claims, collections, AP / AR, specially related to insurance processes and workflows (ie medical claims billing, payer reimbursement, physicians practice reimbursement, denials management).
Also working with procurement on reconciliation of inventory purchases (integrations with PeopleSoft GL) - exploring automation opportunities in this space.
Requirements :
- Senior Finance Project Manager, expertise in Financial Operations
- Health insurance industry experience, general knowledge of health insurance workflows and processes (claims billing, payer reimbursement, denials management)
- Ability to drive projects end to end : scope, planning, timelines management, implementation
- Leadership skills, ability to drive and execute change
Preferred Experience :
- Pharmacy experience (highly preferred)
- MS Project
- ScriptMed (Inovolan product) - pharmacy management software
- OneStream for Financial reporting
- PeopleSoft GL
