Operations Support Specialist

What You’ll Do :
- Accurately enter data for timekeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Provide general office support including scanning, mailing, and reception duties
- Generate and review reports for accuracy
- Coordinate meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing fleet logistics
- Maintain office supplies and administrative records
What We’re Looking For :
