LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a contract opportunity (with remote work options) with our financial client in downtown Chicago, IL! Responsibilities :

• Work directly with developers, QA, and product owners to facilitate integration testing across a variety of products and platforms
• Design and deliver automated integration test suites that validate APIs, service orchestration, data flows, and error / edge cases.
• Build and maintain test harnesses, stubs / mocks or service virtualization as needed to exercise integrations in isolated test runs.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines and ensure they run reliably across environments (dev → staging → pre-prod).
• Execute and debug integration test failures; produce clear defect reports with reproduction steps, logs, and suggested root-cause leads.
• Maintain and evolve test code, test data management, and CI test orchestration for repeatability and scalability.
