Position Details

- Locations : Lake Zurich, IL and Carpentersville, IL (must be willing to travel between both locations)
- Compensation : $20-$24
Initial Schedule (18 Hours / Week)
This schedule is set to start, with potential for more hours and schedule growth as the caseload expands.
Saturday : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM | 1 : 30 PM - 4 : 30 PM
Sunday : 12 : 00 PM - 4 : 00 PM
Monday : 3 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 PM
Tuesday
Wednesday : 3 : 30 PM - 7 : 30 PM

Responsibilities
As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans designed to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Directly implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as designed by the BCBA.Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress.Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.Communicate effectively and professionally with the BCBA, client's family, and team members.Attend required supervision and team meetings.✅ Qualifications
Must hold a current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel between Lake Zurich and Carpentersville.Punctuality, excellent time management, and professional demeanor are essential.High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred).Why Join Us?
