The Moog Space and Defense Group is the premier motion and flow control solutions provider for the following markets : satellites, human-rated space vehicles, launch vehicles, missiles, military ground vehicles, naval vessels, and security and surveillance. Emerging areas of focus include metal additive manufacturing, blockchain for supply chain, sensor integration, and propulsion test facilities.

The Moog SDG Fluid Controls Group is looking for a Planning Process Manager. The Planning Process Manager reports to the Supply Chain & Materials Manager. You will be primarily responsible for leading a team of planners, as well as long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production decisions in support of business execution of new and existing programs and initiatives. This position is located at our East Aurora, New York location.

Minimum Qualifications to be considered

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related area, plus :
• 5 years' experience in Planning in a manufacturing environment
• 3 years' experience Leading People
• Experience implementing and managing lean infrastructure and continuous improvement activities
• Ability to manage significant change within your team

Salary Range Transparency : Buffalo, NY $95,000.00$120,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
