Job descriptionActive and unrestricted NP / PA OH license Minimum of 1 year injecting experience Certification and proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers- mid to high level skills with Allergan and Galderma portfolios Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment and treatment planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients Commitment to patient safety, education, and natural-looking results Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Passion for aesthetics and patient care Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Position Activities and Responsibilities :
- Perform cosmetic treatments including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Jeaveaux, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, BBL, etc.
- Perform Botox for Chronic Migraine treatment
- Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technique and trends along with product advancements
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
- Participates in all necessary aspects of marketing / special event planning and execution
- Social media presence
