Outside Sales Representative
Position : Outside Sales Representative – Hiring Immediately.
Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives live the brand by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company's offerings, and ensuring the best possible sales / post-sales customer experience.
Compensation
- Limited-Time $2,000 Sign-On Bonus — available for weekly start dates between August 11 and September 22!
- First 90 days, receive training pay up to $673 / week PLUS a reduced commission rate
- 100% Commission AFTER initial 90 days
- Monthly bonus potential

Core Role Responsibilities
NO COLD CALLING! Receive high-quality preset appointmentsExecute sales presentation in its entirety for prospective customers; prepare and leave written estimates and marketing collateral in the event the appointment does not end in a saleLISTEN! Provide prospective customers with options that align with their expressed home improvement needsEnsure measure sheet, job site photos, and completed floor plansMaintain CRM records and other customer-related documentationWalk prospective customers through financing optionsEnsure customers' understanding of all things related to their home improvement projects e.g. pricing, next steps, expected lead times, etc.Review signed contracts with Sales ManagerStay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activityBasic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environmentValid Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related fieldCapability to navigate various applications on an iPadDemonstrated ability and desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environmentEstablished reputation as a high integrity top performerTotal Rewards
