Independent Practice Association is an entity that supports multiple independent physician groups who serve homebound patients in the Chicagoland area.  We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our doctors in caring for their patient.  This a TRAVEL position as the patients will be seen either at home or through acceptable telehealth evaluations as indicated.  Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a passion for caring for our elderly and disabled patients in their homes.

Requirements

1. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

2. Unrestricted and active Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse license.  For Nurse Practitioners, a Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate is also required

3. 1 year practice experience preferred but NOT required

4. Home visit experience preferred but NOT required
