Job description
A company is looking for a Staff Test Automation Engineer to enhance quality and automation in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement strategies to improve release integrity through automation in CI / CD pipelines
Design quality health metrics and dashboards for product stability and release readiness
Drive internal tooling initiatives to enhance developer experience and testing efficiency
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of modern quality engineering practices
7+ years of experience in test automation for complex web applications using Python or JavaScript / TypeScript
Proven experience in shift-left quality practices and improving release reliability
Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing integrated into CI / CD pipelines
Strong understanding of API quality and ability to mentor engineers on quality best practices
