Job description

A company is looking for an SMB Account Director to lead the acquisition of new small-to-medium business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize outbound communication strategies to engage SMB prospects

Identify and source new SMB leads through various outreach efforts

Establish partnerships and collaborate with LHH to expand the SMB client base

Required Qualifications

4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in full-cycle sales

Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Experience in B2B sales, particularly in an SMB-focused environment

Data-driven mindset with familiarity in CRM tools and sales analytics

Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
