Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a data-centric role, such as Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Reporting Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years focused on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in SOQL for complex data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and custom objects) and the relationships within the data model.
- Demonstrable skills in handling, reviewing, and analyzing large datasets using tools such as SOQL, Excel, or similar data analysis platforms.
- A solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ideally with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to convey complex technical concepts in a manner that is accessible to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Act as a data and reporting specialist by creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards that offer insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist management in informed decision-making.Employ SOQL and other query tools for effective extraction, manipulation, and examination of large and complex datasets for various analyses, compliance requirements, and strategic initiatives.Conduct analyses for all data integrations between Salesforce and other systems to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across our entire ecosystem.Support the Salesforce platform through system configuration, workflow automation, and effectively manage processes to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.Collaborate with users and stakeholders by acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams; collect, document, and convert business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside stakeholders and take part in system upgrades to ensure a smooth transition.Implement and preserve security settings and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.Company
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation of $30.00 – $35.00 per hour, and the expected work schedule is an 8-hour shift with no night or weekend requirements. The role will be conducted onsite in Omaha, NE.
