We're looking for a Compliance Lead to join us onsite at our HQ in Long Island City, New York! In this role, you'll have the important responsibility of ensuring compliance standards for our fleet. We are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about compliance, has an exceptional eye for detail, and the strong communication skills to make an impact. What you'll do

• Ensure regulatory compliance standards are met (titles & registration, emissions testing, city stickers, etc)
• Maintain 95% passing rate on all Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) inspections
• Collaborate with teams effectively to schedule onsite pre-inspections, catch and resolve any compliance violations quickly, and ensure successful daily operations
• Communicate with and maintain relationships with taxi Medallion owners
• Update and maintain records, track invoicing and charging
• Audit and maintain toll collection accounts and transponders
• Complete the hack process of new and transferred vehicles and recover impounded vehicles
• Adapt and / or build out any SOPs as needed
• Communicate with senior leaders and provide regular reports on compliance issues and activities
• Stay informed and up-to-date on industry regulations, best practices, and trends related to compliance

Benefits

Compensation range : $60,000 - $100,000
