A company is looking for a Training Content Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging training content including guides, visuals, and eLearning modules

Develop and maintain documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, accessible content

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a corporate environment

2+ years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, or a similar role

Proficiency with content authoring tools like Camtasia or Adobe Captivate

Bachelor's degree in communication, graphic design, journalism, or a related field

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
