Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Residential Mortgage in Boise, ID, with remote work flexibility. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, evaluating loan applications, underwriting, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Knowledge of Underwriting processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with Loan Officers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to analyze financial documents
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Loan Officer License or certification is a plus
