Business Immigration Attorney Responsibilities :
- Advise a broad client base, including large companies and startups, on a full spectrum of business immigration matters.
- Prepare and file immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, J-1, PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, I-485, and Blanket L.
- Draft responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other complex immigration-related correspondence.
- Guide employers and employees through the PERM labor certification process.
- Counsel clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance procedures.
- Manage client relationships directly, providing high-quality legal service and support.
Business Immigration Attorney Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Minimum of two years of hands-on experience representing clients in all aspects of business immigration law.Demonstrated experience working directly with clients.Ability to work onsite, and bilingual in Spanish, is a plus!Proficiency in handling complex, writing-intensive cases.Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.A genuine interest in building a long-term career within a team-oriented firm culture.Business Immigration Attorney Benefits :
