Position Overview

Superset Labs seeks a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll be a key player in demonstrating Union's value proposition, nurturing relationships, and strategically guiding customers towards success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through targeted prospecting, outreach campaigns, and consultative sales approaches.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing Union's capabilities and aligning them with client needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.
• Collaborate closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer transitions, maximum platform utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams, contributing insights that drive product development and marketing strategies.
