Salary : $73,058 / yr

Join NuHealth at Nassau University Medical Center , Long Island’s only public safety net hospital and Level I Trauma Center. We are seeking a full-time LGBTQI+ Program Administrator & Outreach Coordinator to manage data, lead community engagement, coordinate mental health resources, and ensure quality for our LGBTQI+ grant program. This role oversees the AIRS System, strengthens community partnerships, and drives data-informed, affirming care for LGBTQI+ individuals.

In this role, you will :

• Administer AIRS System, oversee data entry, reporting, and integration with EHR platforms.
• Build partnerships with LGBTQI+ community organizations and lead outreach events.
• Connect patients to behavioral health services and address social determinants.
• Monitor program KPIs, conduct audits, and implement process improvements.
