Job description
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee strategic direction and management of engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on technical solution design and architecture
Lead and support software development and engineering practices
Manage recruitment, coaching, and development of engineering talent
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years in Information Technology with 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines
Strong competency in project management and execution
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
