A company is looking for a Customer Service - Remote Agent. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and greet customers warmly Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling Document calls and conduct follow-up inquiries with customers Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace Compatible computer and USB-wired headset required Must pass a criminal background check Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
