Split (base / uncapped commission) : 30% base / 70% commission

About You
This is a high-impact, high-reward channel hunter role focused on building net-new partnerships from the ground up. It's designed for someone who thrives in the chase, is motivated by uncapped earnings, and wants to build a channel engine from scratch. You'll be backed by a strong product, tight enablement, and a compensation plan built to reward wins.
What You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact
- Develop channel strategies, through relationships and new markets.
- Train Channel Partners in Tune's selling strategies and offerings
- Monitor the performance of your Channel Partners, which includes trends, measuring effectiveness of programs and performance.
- Deliver Sales Targets for Tune
- Report sales progress and customer follow-up in weekly meetings
- Manage and cultivate leads, funnel management
- Ensure daily accurate information within CRM
- Generate quotes per normalized pricing structure within the CRM
- Provide support to customers as your Channel Partners request through technical support, product information and after-sales services
What We're Looking For
Must be well-spoken able to pitch an idea and convince an audience.Demonstrated past record of delivering assigned sales targets.Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.Effective written and verbal communicationAbility to develop relationships and build networksDemonstrated ability to work effectively with othersStrong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience effectively utilizing a CRM strongly preferred, specifically Salesforce
