Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and enjoy helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to solve customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Meet personal and team performance goals and service quality standards
