Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance and sanitation associates and develop training programs to ensure timely and effective execution of preventative procedures.
• Manage and verify maintenance tasks and work orders using the computerized system, ensuring proper preparation and inventory procedures.
• Order required parts, supplies, and tools to support maintenance and sanitation operations.
• Ensure compliance with Company, Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding sanitation and pest control through effective control programs.
• Facilitate inspections to uphold compliance and operational standards.
• Monitor and maintain department accounts to ensure adherence to quarterly budgets.
• Recommend new and replacement equipment to support departmental goals.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support other departments to ensure smooth facility operations and alignment with company objectives.
• Lead or assist with ad hoc projects in response to evolving business needs, operational challenges, or strategic priorities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance, sanitation, and facility operations, and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support broader organizational goals, including safety, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate adaptability by taking on responsibilities beyond the core scope of the role, contributing to a dynamic and responsive work environment.
