- This encompasses mechanical and electrical design, precision machining, additive manufacturing, casting, molding, assembly, laser processing, and repair.

- The incumbent will engage directly in the operation of industrial-grade CNC machining equipment, execute part programming utilizing standardized CAM templates, maintain communication with customers, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Given that CNC machining constitutes a critical component of our prototyping services, we are seeking candidates with a foundation in digital design coupled with an intrinsic interest in fabrication.

Responsibilities :
Program parts with efficiency utilizing standardized CAM templates within Fusion 360.Manage material loading and unloading, monitor machine status, and initiate production runs at predetermined intervals to guarantee the fulfillment of delivery obligations.Retrieve finished components from the machinery, perform necessary cleaning and post-processing, exercising diligence to preserve or emphasize critical features.Update the task management platform to keep requesters informed of the job status.Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain equipment and ensure the availability of all necessary tools and materials for uninterrupted production.Minimum Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience with digital design tools (2D or 3D) such as Fusion 360 or other CAD / CAM software.Possession of strong interpersonal acumen, an inherent capacity to discern the specific requirements of diverse customers within their requests, and a natural proficiency in tailoring the approach to satisfy those needs.A profound enthusiasm for the process of creation and fabrication (e.g., artistic pursuits, mechanical tinkering, crafts).Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, characterized by clarity and conciseness as a default standard.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior digital fabrication experience within a prototyping environment, specifically involving CNC machining.Attainment of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree.Direct, hands-on experience with CNC machining equipment, whether hobby- or commercial-grade.Experience utilizing CAD / CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Mastercam.Mandatory Skills
