RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for a Geothermal Drilling Manager in The Woodlands, Texas 77380. This offers $50 / hr., with an initial contract duration of 6-months and a potential renewal. In this high-impact leadership position, you will manage multiple well sites, guide wellsite supervisors, and serve as the key liaison between field operations, internal teams, and clients. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, maintaining rigorous HSE standards, and ensuring flawless service delivery across all projects. - APPLY NOW!

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 40 hours / week on a rotation schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture across all wellsite operations.
• Manage and mentor I&S Wellsite Supervisors, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all drilling activities.
• Oversee geothermal and conventional drilling operations, including well planning, drill string design, hydraulics, and fluid management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, maintaining clear communication and strong professional relationships.
• Monitor rig performance, coordinate equipment inspections, and ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning in collaboration with the Project and Operations Managers.
• Investigate safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Coach and assess field personnel competencies and recommend training to improve performance and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new technologies in rig operations.
